The hotel was PERFECT and clean, had amazing views of the mountains and the Llanos. Incredible staff, couldn't ask for more. Actually, the room was huge and spotlessly clean, it also had shower facilities and a hair dryer. The location was marvellous and magnificent and beds were exceptionally comfortable.

An iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels available in the standard twin room. A bathtub in the bathroom.

View was excellant, breakfast was satisfactory, and beds where exceptionally comfortable. The employees at the hotel were very kind. The room was beautiful and huge, had private bathroom.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! the hotel is excellent, exceptionally friendly, and has an unbeatable location close to the mall. the atmosphere is comfortable, making it a relaxing getaway. I stayed in a standard room equipped with a safe, a mini bar, and an iron, which added to my overall experience.

Everything was nice, so were exceptional views of the mountains and the Llanos. The room was beautiful and good-sized, the bad was exceptionally comfortable! The offered breakfast was very good and included a wide array of options. The hotel had a marvellous location next to it is the restaurant. Food was excellent and I have nothing but very nice memories from this trip.

Convenient spot - close to Llanocentro, so you can walk over easily 🚶. Some of the staff were a bit loud, but overall had a good time during my stay.

The rooms here are top-notch - they're absolutely beautiful and come with a nice touch of having the tub separate from the bathroom. Plus, they've got air conditioning and comfy beds that'll make you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud ☁️.
